Diskominfo SP menyelenggarakan rapat koordinasi pengelolaan Unit Layanan Aduan Surakarta (ULAS), Rabu (29/4/2020) di Ruang Rapat Upakari I.

Rapat dipimpin oleh Kepala Bidang Statistik dan diikuti oleh Kepala Seksi Pengembangan Komunikasi dan Informasi, Kepala Seksi Aplikasi, Kepala Seksi Publikasi dan Pemanfaatan Data, Kepala Seksi Pengumpulan dan Pengolahan Data, serta staf.

Rapat membahas tentang penyempurnaan fitur-fitur dalam ULAS serta pembahasan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) ULAS.

Diskominfo SP held a coordination meeting of the management of the Surakarta Complaints Service Unit (ULAS) on Wednesday 29 April 2020 in the Upakari I Meeting Room.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of Statistics and was attended by the Head of the Communication and Information Development Section, the Head of the Application Section, the Head of the Data Publication and Utilization Section, the Head of the Data Collecting and Processing Section, and staff.

The meeting discussed the improvement of features in ULAS and the discussion of ULAS Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
