Follow Up Pengisian SAQ PPID Tahap II

Pengisian Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Tahap II kembali dibahas dalam rapat yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Rapat Upakari I. Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh Kepala Bidang Penyelenggaraan E-Government beserta seluruh stafnya, Kepala Bidang Statistik, serta perwakilan dari Sekretariat dan Bidang TI.

Dalam rapat, keenam kategori penilaian ditelaah secara menyeluruh, termasuk setiap sub-penilaian dan kelengkapan data bukti dukung yang telah diisi oleh para penanggung jawab. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, lebih dari 50 persen jawaban beserta data bukti dukung dinyatakan sudah sesuai.

Untuk melengkapi dan menyempurnakan proses pengisian, rapat lanjutan dijadwalkan pada Selasa, 16 September mendatang.

The follow-up meeting for the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) of the Public Information and Documentation Officer (PPID) Phase II was held at the Upakari I Meeting Room. The session was attended by the Head of the E-Government Division along with all staff, the Head of Statistics Division, as well as representatives from the Secretariat and the IT Division.

During the meeting, all six assessment categories were reviewed thoroughly, including each sub-assessment and the completeness of supporting evidence provided by the responsible units. Based on the evaluation, more than 50 percent of the answers and supporting documents were found to be in accordance with the requirements.

To further complete and refine the process, a follow-up meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16.

Tindak lanjut pengisian Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Pejabat Pengelola Informasi lan Dokumentasi (PPID) Tahap II digelar ing Ruang Rapat Upakari I. Rapat iki diadiri dening Kabid Penyelenggaraan E-Government bareng kabeh stafé, Kabid Statistik, uga perwakilan saka Sekretariat lan Bidang TI.

Ing rapat kasebut, enem kategori penilaian dipriksa siji-siji, kalebu saben sub-penilaian lan kelengkapan data bukti dukung sing wis diisi déning penanggung jawabé. Saka asil evaluasi, luwih saka 50 persen jawaban lan data bukti dukung dinyatakaké wis cocog.

Kanggo nglengkapi lan nyempurnakaké proses pengisian, rapat sabanjuré dijadwalaké dina Selasa, 16 September sing bakal teka.
