Plt. Kepala Bidang Komunikasi dan Persandian Isnan Wihartanto, SH mewakili Kepala Diskominfo SP menyampaikan Laporan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Smart City Kota Surakarta Tahun 2021, Jumat (26/11/2021), di Gedung Inkubator Bisnis Solo Technopark.
Penyampaian laporan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka Sosialisasi Masterplan Smart City Kota Surakarta Tahun 2021 – 2026 yang diikuti 40 peserta dari OPD dan stakeholder terkait.
Dalam laporannya, Pak Isnan menjelaskan tentang regulasi, kelembagaan, sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, aplikasi, program yang dikembangkan yang mencakup 6 dimensi smart city.
Dijelaskan pula dalam paparan perjalanan dan perkembangan Smart City Surakarta, serta survey kepuasan masyarakat tentang program smart city yang dilakukan oleh pemkot.
Sementara itu, Kepala Bapppeda Tulus Widajat, SE, MSi mengatakan pentingnya pemerintah kota untuk dapat mengelola ekonomi, tata kehidupan, lingkungan, pemerintahan, sosial kemasyarakatan, dan branding.
“Kota yang maju adalah kota yang mampu mengelola 6 dimensi smart city dengan baik. Keenam aspek tersebut merupakan pilar smart city yang harus terus dikembangkan,” kata Tulus.
Oleh karena itu, pada kesempatan ini pula Kepala Bapppeda mengharapkan OPD dan stakeholder terkait untuk berkomitmen bersama menjalankan program smart city.

Plt. Head of Communication and Encoding Division, Isnan Wihartanto, SH representing the Head of Diskominfo SP, delivers a Monitoring and Evaluation Report on the Smart City of Surakarta City in 2021, Friday (11/26/2021), at the Solo Technopark Business Incubator Building.
The report is carried out in the context of the Socialization of the Smart City Masterplan for the City of Surakarta in 2021 – 2026 which is attended by 40 participants from OPD and related stakeholders.
In his report, Mr. Isnan explains about regulations, institutions, human resources, infrastructure, applications, and programs that are developed covering the 6 dimensions of a smart city.
It is also explained in the presentation of the journey and development of Smart City Surakarta, as well as a survey of community satisfaction about the smart city program carried out by the city administration.
Meanwhile, Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency, Tulus Widajat, SE, MSi says that it is important for the city administration to be able to manage the economy, life order, environment, government, social community, and branding.
“A developed city is a city that is able to manage the 6 dimensions of a smart city well. These six aspects are the pillars of a smart city that must continue to be developed,” said Tulus.
Therefore, on this occasion also the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency expects the OPD and related stakeholders to commit to jointly running the smart city programs.
