Bidang Penyelenggaraan E-Government berkolaborasi dengan Bidang Teknologi dan Informatika kembali melaksanakan koordinasi terkait Smart City Surakarta Tahun 2022, Jumat (11/2/2022).
Koordinasi dipimpin oleh Kabid E-Gov Isnan Wihartanto, SH dan diikuti oleh Kabid Teknologi dan Informatika, Pejabat Fungsional di Bidang E-Gov dan TI, serta Pelaksana di Bidang E-Gov, TI, dan Sekretariat.
Pertemuan ini membahas tentang Masterplan Smart City, Rencana Aksi, pencermatan terhadap Kuesioner Evaluasi Smart City Surakarta 2021, serta perencanaan kegiatan selanjutnya.
Pendekatan pembangunan daerah menggunakan kerangka smart city sangat relevan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Ketika protokol kesehatan harus dijalankan dan membatasi tatap muka, maka pola hidup masyarakat ikut berubah.
Perubahan pola interaksi terlihat dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, peribadatan, bisnis, perekonomian, pendidikan, layanan publik, bahkan silaturahmi. Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) sendiri membuat masyarakat melakukan berbagai aktivitasnya dari rumah.
Pada ranah birokrasi, digitalisasi menuju smart governance mulai digalakkan. Pelayanan publik dibuat prosedur baru melalui layanan daring, artinya pandemi mengakselerasi proses digitalisasi.

The E-Government Implementation Division in collaboration with the Technology and Informatics Divisin coordinates regarding the Surakarta Smart City Program in 2022, Friday (11/2/2022).
The coordination is chaired the Head of E-Gov Division Isnan Wihartanto, SH and followed by the Head of Technology and Informatics Divisin, Functional Officers in the E-Gov and IT Division, and Implementers in the E-Gov, IT, and Secretariat Division.
This meeting discusses the Smart City Masterplan, Smart City Action Plan, observation on the 2021 Surakarta Smart City Evaluation Questionnaire, and planning for further activities.
The regional development approach using the smart city framework is very relevant during the Covid-19 pandemic. When health protocols have to be implemented and limit face-to-face contact, people’s lifestyle changes too.
Changes in interaction patterns can be seen from various aspects of life, worship, business, economy, education, public services, and even friendship. The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) itself makes people carry out various activities from home.
In the bureaucratic sector, digitalization towards smart governance is encouraged. New procedures for public services are made through online services, meaning that the pandemic accelerates the digitization process.
