Diskominfo SP Surakarta melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi pembagian set top box (STB) bagi warga tidak mampu di Ruang Upakari II, Kamis (19/1/2023).
Monitoring dan evaluasi bertujuan untuk pengecekan dan sinkronisasi data pendistribusian subsidi STB di Surakarta.
Rapat dihadiri Kepala Dinas Kominfo SP Surakarta, Heny Ermawati selaku pimpinan rapat, didampingi Pranata Komputer Ahli Muda, Taufik Ariyanta juga perwakilan dari Inspektorat Jenderal.
Sebelum mengirimkan rekap data pengajuan STB, Diskominfo SP Surakarta melakukan verifikasi terlebih dahulu, beberapa kualifikasinya meliputi; kesesuaian data pemohon dengan KK dan KTP; pemohon memiliki televisi analog atau tidak dan apakah pemohon bersedia untuk diberi bantuan tersebut.
Dari banyaknya pengajuan subsidi STB oleh masyarakat, pendistribusiannya pun tak luput dari beberapa hambatan dan halangan misalnya kesulitan menemukan tempat tinggal penerima karena data tempat tinggal yang tertera di kartu identitas tidak sinkron dengan data di lapangan.
Di akhir agenda, beberapa potensi pertanyaan diajukan oleh Diskominfo SP Surakarta seperti ‘bagaimana kalau STB yang diberikan mengalami kerusakan?’ yang kemudian dijawab oleh Kementerian Kominfo bahwa selama masih ada posko di Surakarta, maka STB tersebut dapat langsung dibawa ke posko dan segera diperbaiki oleh teknisi. Namun apabila sudah tidak ada posko, maka penerima STB bisa konfirmasi kerusakan melalui call center yang tertulis pada kartu garansi.
