
Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kota Surakarta menggelar Workshop Smart City sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas branding kota, Kamis 27 Februari 2025.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Mahesa Meeting Room, Solia Hotel Yosodipuro ini, merupakan tindak lanjut dari workshop pertama yang diadakan pada 19 Februari 2025.
Workshop diawali dengan pemaparan terkait metode dan pendekatan dalam menyelesaikan berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi Smart City.
Selanjutnya, peserta terlibat dalam diskusi kelompok. Dalam diskusi tersebut, diketahui jika aplikasi Solo Destination sudah menyediakan berbagai fitur layanan pemerintah Kota Surakarta, namun kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan belum real-time dan belum bisa menyaingi diseminasi informasi melalui media
Sementara untuk aplikasi Let’s Go to Solo dinilai mempunyai keterbatasan karena hanya menampilkan informasi seputar budaya dan pariwisata.
Persoalan lain yang dibahas yaitu rendahnya tingkat integrasi layanan pemerintah dalam aplikasi Solo Destination, seperti fitur pemesanan tiket online serta keterbukaan terhadap kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal, termasuk marketplace dan layanan transportasi daring.
Selanjutnya peserta diminta memberikan masukan pada aplikasi smart branding Kota Surakarta, yang memuat 20 pertanyaan terkait kelengkapan fitur yang ditinjau dari kelayakan tampilan dan pengalaman pengguna.
Diakhir acara dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan serta pembahasan langkah tindak lanjut untuk mewujudkan Kota Surakarta yang lebih cerdas dan inovatif.
Surakarta, Diskominfo SP-The Surakarta City Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Department held a Smart City Workshop as an effort to increase the effectiveness of city branding, Thursday 27 February 2025.
This activity, which was held at the Mahesa Meeting Room, Solia Hotel Yosodipuro, was a follow-up to the first workshop which was held on February 19 2025.
The workshop began with a presentation regarding methods and approaches in resolving various obstacles faced in Smart City implementation.
Next, participants are involved in group discussions. In the discussion, it was discovered that the Solo Destination application already provides various Surakarta City government service features, but the quality of the information produced is not yet real-time and cannot compete with information dissemination through the media.
Meanwhile, the Let’s Go to Solo application is considered to have limitations because it only displays information about culture and tourism.
Another issue discussed was the low level of integration of government services in the Solo Destination application, such as the online ticket booking feature and openness to partnerships with external parties, including marketplaces and online transportation services.
Next, participants were asked to provide input on the Surakarta City smart branding application, which contained 20 questions regarding the completeness of features in terms of appearance suitability and user experience.
At the end of the event, an evaluation of the implementation of activities was carried out and a discussion of follow-up steps to create a smarter and more innovative Surakarta City.
