Rapat Perencanaan Survey Dampak Program Smart City
Diskominfo SP menindaklanjuti hasil rapat secara daring pada hari Kamis (7/9/2023) Tentang Undangan Sosialisasi Form Survei Dampak (Impact) Program Smart City di Ruang Upakari I, Senin (11/9/2023).
Pemerintah kota/kabupaten diminta melaksanakan survei dampak terhadap program pada enam (6) dimensi smart city, yakni: smart governance, smart economy, smart living, smart society, smart environment, dan smart branding.
Setiap dimensi smart city memiliki tiga (3) subdimensi, oleh karena itu pemerintah kota/kabupaten diminta memilih tiga (3) program atau layanan yang sesuai dengan setiap subdimensi untuk disurvei.
Perangkat Daerah yang membidangi urusan komunikasi dan informatika dan yang membidangi urusan perencanaan dan pembangunan daerah diminta untuk mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan survei dengan Perangkat Daerah lain yang menjadi penanggungjawab utama program/layanan yang disurvei;
Pemerintah kota/kabupaten melaksanakan survei dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, yakni memilih responden yang diperkirakan dapat merespon pernyataan survei di tiga (3) subdimensi untuk setiap dimensi smart city.
Pada formulir dimensi smart governance pendekatan yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling yakni satu (1) responden harus dapat merespon seluruh pernyataan di tiga (3) subdimensi smart governance, dan total responden adalah lima puluh (50) orang per dimensi.
Sedangkan pada formulir dimensi smart branding, formulir dipisahkan menjadi tiga (3) formulir survei subdimensi, dimana setiap responden hanya merespon pernyataan pada satu (1) subdimensi saja, dan total responden di setiap subdimensi adalah lima puluh (50) orang.

Diskominfo SP follow up on the results of an online meeting on Thursday (7/9/2023) regarding the Invitation to Socialize the Impact Survey Form of the Smart City Program in Upakari Room I, Monday (11/9/2023).
City and regency governments are asked to conduct an impact survey on the program on six (6) dimensions of smart city, namely: smart governance, smart economy, smart living, smart society, smart environment, and smart branding.
Each smart city dimension has three (3) subdimensions, therefore the city and regency government is asked to choose three (3) programs or services that correspond to each subdimension to be surveyed.
Agencies in charge of communication and informatics affairs and in charge of regional planning and development affairs are requested to coordinate the implementation of surveys with other agencies that are the main responsible for the programs/services surveyed;
The city and regency government conducts the survey with a purposive sampling approach, which selects respondents who are expected to respond to survey statements in three (3) subdimensions for each smart city dimension.
In the smart governance dimension form, the approach used is purposive sampling, where one (1) respondent must be able to respond to all statements in three (3) smart governance subdimensions, and the total respondents are fifty (50) people per dimension.
While in the smart branding dimension form, the form is separated into three (3) subdimensional survey forms, where each respondent only responds to statements in one (1) subdimension, and the total respondents in each subdimension is fifty (50) people.
