
Surakarta – Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian (Diskominfo SP) Kota Surakarta mengadakan rapat koordinasi tata kelola pengaduan masyarakat pada Selasa (15/4/2025) di Ruang Rapat Upakari I. Rapat dihadiri oleh perwakilan Wilayah Banjarsari, Kelurahan Joglo, Kelurahan Kadipiro, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR), Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), serta Koordinator Unit Layanan Aduan Surakarta (ULAS). Fokus utama rapat adalah menanggapi maraknya aduan masyarakat terkait banjir di kawasan Simpang Joglo.
Koordinator ULAS, Risang Cantika Budi, ST, menyampaikan bahwa sistem pengaduan ULAS semakin efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik. Ia juga mengapresiasi kolaborasi para admin dalam menangani berbagai aduan masyarakat.
“Khusus untuk aduan banjir di wilayah Joglo, forum lintas OPD seperti ini sangat diperlukan agar koordinasi berjalan baik dan solusi dapat ditemukan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Koordinator Lapor Mas Wali, Taufik Ariyanta, S.E., menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antar OPD dan wilayah dalam menindaklanjuti aduan masyarakat.
“Jika aduan banjir di Simpang Joglo kembali muncul, akan diarahkan ke Kecamatan Banjarsari untuk selanjutnya berkoordinasi dengan kelurahan. Tanggapan terhadap aduan juga perlu lebih transparan dengan menyertakan dokumentasi kegiatan dan hasil koordinasi,” tegasnya.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, BPBD menyampaikan telah menyiapkan pompa penyedot air serta alat kebersihan untuk mendukung penanganan banjir dan pasca banjir. Sementara itu, perwakilan wilayah Banjarsari melaporkan bahwa koordinasi telah dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak, seperti Linmas, Baznas, serta grup RT/RW setempat yang aktif dalam penyaluran bantuan kepada warga terdampak. Ke depan, respons terhadap aduan diharapkan tak hanya berupa teks, tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi kegiatan dan hasil koordinasi lintas sektor.

ULAS Coordinator, Risang Cantika Budi, ST, said that the ULAS complaint system is increasingly effective in increasing the efficiency of public services. He also appreciated the collaboration of the admins in handling various public complaints.
“Especially for flood complaints in the Joglo area, a cross-OPD forum like this is very necessary so that coordination runs well and solutions can be found according to their respective duties and functions,” he said.
Furthermore, the Coordinator of Lapor Mas Wali, Taufik Ariyanta, S.E., emphasized the importance of collaboration between OPDs and regions in following up on public complaints.
“If flood complaints in Simpang Joglo reappear, they will be directed to the Banjarsari District to then coordinate with the sub-district. Responses to complaints also need to be more transparent by including documentation of activities and results of coordination,” he said.
On the same occasion, BPBD said that it had prepared water pumps and cleaning equipment to support flood and post-flood handling. Meanwhile, representatives of the Banjarsari area reported that coordination had been carried out with various parties, such as Linmas, Baznas, and local RT/RW groups that were active in distributing aid to affected residents. In the future, responses to complaints are expected to not only be in the form of text, but also be equipped with documentation of activities and results of cross-sector coordination.
