Berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 29 tahun 2019 tentang Unit Layanan Aduan Surakarta (ULAS), Diskominfo SP Kota Surakarta ditetapkan sebagai pengelola Unit Layanan Aduan Surakarta. Dari hasil rekapitulasi aduan yang diterima selama semester I ( bulan Januari s/d Juni ) Tahun 2020, pengelola menerima 784 aduan dari total 91 kategori aduan. Diskominfo SP menerima 33 aduan atau 4 % dari keseluruhan aduan.
Dari jumlah total sebanyak 784 aduan, semua telah direspon oleh Organisasi Penyelenggara yang menjadi objek aduan tersebut. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi tersebut, 5 Organisasi Penyelenggara yang mendapatkan aduan terbanyak adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (105 aduan), Dinas Sosial (96 aduan), Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (95 aduan), Perumda Air Minum (73 aduan), dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (56 aduan).
Sementara itu, berdasarkan kategori aduan dapat disampaikan ada 5 kategori tertinggi yaitu : Ketenteraman dan Ketertiban (105 aduan), Bantuan Sosial (86 aduan), Pelayanan PDAM (73 aduan), Jalan dan Drainase (73 aduan), dan Pendidikan (43 aduan). Saking gunggung sedaya 784 aduan menika sedaya sampun dipun tanggapi dening organisasi penyelenggara ingkang dados sasaran aduan menika. Adedasar petangan menika, 5 organisasi penyelenggara ingkang paling kathah nampi aduan inggih menika Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (105 aduan), Dinas Sosial (96 aduan), Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (95 aduan), Perumda Air Minum (73 aduan) lan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (56 aduan).

Based on Surakarta Mayor Regulation No. 29 of 2019 concerning the Surakarta Complaints Service Unit (ULAS), the Surakarta City Diskominfo SP was designated as the manager of the Surakarta Complaints Service Unit. The recapitulation of complaints received during semester I (January to June) in 2020, the ULAS administrator received 784 complaints from a total of 91 complaint categories. Diskominfo SP received 33 complaints or 4% of all complaints.
Of a total of 784 complaints, all of which have been responded by the Organizing as the object of the complaint. Based on the recapitulation, the 5 Organizations that received the most complaints were the Civil Service Police Unit (105 complaints), the Social Service (96 complaints), the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (95 complaints), the Regional Water Supply Company (73 complaints), and the Environmental Service (56 complaints).
Meanwhile, based on the complaint category, it can be submitted that there are 5 highest categories, namely: Peace and Order (105 complaints), Social Assistance (86 complaints), Water Supply Services (73 complaints), Roads and Drainage (73 complaints), and Education (43 complaints).
