Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kota Surakarta melaksanakan sosialisasi ISO 9001 dalam mendukung Solo Smart City yang diselenggarakan di Hotel Loji Surakarta, Senin (21/11/22).
Sosialisasi dibuka oleh Sekretaris Diskominfo SP, Eko Nugroho mewakili Kepala Diskominfo SP, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi Awareness ISO 9001:2015 oleh Nurfan Murdani dari Global Consultant.
ISO 9001 menerangkan mengenai Prinsip Manajemen Mutu yang merujuk pada penggunaan istilah dan definisi secara spesifik pada organisasi untuk memberikan unsur informatif kepada pelanggan maupun pihak terkait.
Selain itu ada 9 unsur dan kriteria; (1) Penerima tamu dan surat menyurat, (2) Ruang tamu/ruang tunggu, (3) Pengaduan dan informasi, (4) Pojok baca, (5) Pelayanan khusus disabilitas, (6) Ramah anak, (7) Ruang laktasi, (8) Standar ruangan, (9) Informasi pelayanan.
Narasumber sendiri menyampaikan terkait Diskominfo SP diharapkan adanya penerima tamu yang siap sedia menunggu dan melayani apabila ada tamu yang hadir di Diskominfo SP.

The Surakarta City Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Persandian Office carried out ISO 9001 socialization in support of Solo Smart City which is held at the Loji Surakarta Hotel, Monday (21/11/22).
The socialization is opened by the Secretary of Diskominfo SP, Eko Nugroho representing the Head of Diskominfo SP, followed by the presentation of ISO 9001: 2015 Awareness material by Nurfan Murdani from Global Consultant.
ISO 9001 describes the Quality Management Principles which refer to the use of specific terms and definitions in organizations to provide informative elements to customers and related parties.
In addition there are 9 elements and criteria; (1) Reception and correspondence, (2) Living room/waiting room, (3) Complaints and information, (4) Reading corner, (5) Disability special services, (6) Child friendly, (7) Lactation room, (8) Room standards, (9) Service information.
The speaker himself said that regarding Diskominfo SP, it is hoped that there will be a receptionist who is ready to wait and serve if there are guests present at Diskominfo SP.
