Dialog interaktif Srawung Praja, Rabu 3 Juni 2020 jam 15.00 -16.00 WIB, kembali hadir di RRI Surakarta dan direllay oleh Radio-radio swasta di Surakarta. Namun teknis pelaksanaan Srawung Praja masih dilakukan melalui telpon untuk menghubungi narasumber, selama KLB Covid19. Tema minggu ini adalah Peran Dinas Perdagangan dalam Penanggulangan Covid 19 di Kota Surakarta.
Kepala Dinas Perdagangan Kota Surakarta, Heru Sunardi, selaku narasumber mengatakan Peran Dinas Perdagangan dalam Penanggulangan Covid 19 di Kota Surakarta sudah dilakukan sejak pemberlakuan KLB dengan melakukan berbagai tindakan antisipasi dalam sektor perdagangan di wilayah kota Surakarta dengan melakukan berbagai tindakan sesuai Protocol Covid-19. Protokol tersebut meliputi menyiapkan sarana cuci tangan di pintu masuk, mengharuskan semua yang masuk dan berada di pasar untuk menggunakan masker secara benar, jaga jarak, sekaligus tindakan menjalankan pengawasan langsung di dalam pasar.
Lebih lanjut Heru menegaskan dengan berkembangnya waktu, Dinas Perdagangan berupaya meningkatkan perdagangan selain sektor kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari dengan memberikan kesempatan PKL untuk kembali buka dengan batasan waktu dan ketentuan-ketentuan sesuai protocol covid-19 menyusul Surat Edaran Walikota tentang pembatasan jam operasional pasar modern, dan pedagang-pedagang binaan Dinas Perdagangan. Khusus pasar oprokan seperti di Pasar burung Depok dan Pasar Klithikan Notoharjo menjadi perhatian khusus Dinas Perdagangan dalam mengantisipasi kondisi pandemik covid-19 dengan mempertimbangkan banyak faktor.

The Head of the Surakarta Trade Office, Heru Sunardi, was as resource person said that the role of the Trade Office in Countermeassuring Covid-19 in Surakarta had been carried out since the implementation of the KLB. The Office carried out various anticipatory actions in term of trade sector according to the Covid-19 Heath Protocol. The protocol includes preparing a means of washing hands at the market entrance, requiring all who enter and are in the market to use masks properly, keeping a distance, as well as the act of carrying out direct supervision in the market.
Heru further emphasized that with the development of time, Trade Office seeks to increase economic trade in addition to daily basic needs by providing opportunities for street vendors to reopen with time limits and provisions according to the covid-19 health protocol following the Mayor Circular on restrictions on operating hours of modern markets, and traders trained by the Trade Office. Oprokan markets such as the Depok Bird Market and Notoharjo Klithikan Market are of particular concern to the Trade Office in anticipating the condition of the covid-19 pandemic by considering many factors.
